What do you think, for example I have a link to a page http://mydomain.com/laser-eyes-surgery-cost.html, would it be good for seo if I put like http://mydomain.com/laser-surgery/laser-eyes-surgery-cost.html ? how about more keywords like http://mydomain.com/eyes-surgery/laser-surgery/surgery-cost/laser-eyes-surgery-cost.html, will SE more love it or hate it?

I dont thing so its good you mantion so many keywords in one url. yaa we can mention keywords in url but not link this I think it would be better http://www.mydomin.com/eyes-surgery.html and one more thing google loves your site when you get google qualty back links and quality content on your sites.

Yes more words in a url is not the best but will not kill your search rankings. You just have to make that call yourself. Ultimately what it comes down to is backlinks and content. Just look at some of the top searches on google, they have long URL's sometimes, but they are a well known source and have many backlinks so it doesn't matter.

I think If this is abused too much google will devalue it , it is better to use not to much keywords.

yeah aside of content and backlinks, let's assume we have the same page with same content and backlinks, which one is better for SE? or it won't give more weight to particular keyword anyway?

Do not STUFF Keywords in the Url. Google hates that. Just put it plain and simple like explained by ARYANS :)

yea i wouldn't make it too long. From what i've experienced personally I would say the longer the url, the worse the ranking. try to keep it as short as possible but to the point..for instance yourdomain.com/keyword-keyword.html

Alternatively your should use your keywords in title tag and anchor text rather than using it in your url.
