my domain: wewish.org has about 300 back links on google and some more: http://checkpagerank.net/index.php?name=wewish.org&links=1 what this actually means, old domain 8 month and a lot of back links to it, if i am going to sell this domain, should i consider a price for it's age and the back links, the domain was PR1 and it droped to PR0, do u think it will go up again and how much would u sell it for?
8 months and 1500 backlinks is not enough to justify an high price for a domain. In fact, 8 months, is not aged at all. I think you should look at how many unique visitor per day or month to justify a price.
Depends on the quality of links and the relevancy. The name itself may be good to some organisation. I know its a pain but its worth what anyone is willing to pay for it.
i only see "This is a simple page of We Wish." when i visit your web site. i think you must add some content to your site
It's strange in the PR prediction by iwebtool your domain have insufficent link to predict. The tool actually only need minimum 100 links to be able to predict.
it has 4500 back links in total from all search engines but i guess u only look at yahoo and google when buying a domain. it has 5 visits a day, sometimes maybe 2. i guess doesn't worth much. $30? till now no one gave me an offer higher then $5 i think this is a simple page to check visits, etc as i am planning to sell it this tool is broken, it cannot predict for other sites i own.
The pr prediction tool at iwebtool is horrible. It says that practically every site has insufficient backlinks.
