    Ok here the deal.

I am selling a laptop to someone on the net.

I told him to pay me through paypal but he disagreed. He want the payment to go through United State Postal Service (USPS)... Hes like you have to ship the item and then tell them your tracking number and then they will send the payment to your door.

I never worked with USPS, can someone tell me how it works?

I dont want to get scammed again, i already have before and lost a $500 digital camera.

    Thanks

Well I don't know, but why don't you try selling your labtop offline.
Or tell him to send you money through WU..

Try sending Western Union as I mentioned above, it's fast and cash.
    Very Secure.

He would be worried at the same time that what if you dont send him laptop. I would suggest you to sale it offline. That will be more secure.

I couldn't understand his logic. He is sending PayPal and Laptop is a tangible product so he can chargeback if anything goes wrong. or else tell him to send egold and dont send Laptop :D just kidding. Don't try this
