My AM is cool

How to check if my AM still available?

I have sent out email 1 week ago asking about ECPC, but no feedback at all.
I have sent several emails to my AM before, but most of the times she did not reply my email or not reply to my question. Cool, isn't it? :D

Can I request for another AM?

No. I am from Asia, that's why hard for me to contact her. I prefer to use email.

Or maybe they just ignore small player like me?

I never even talked to my first AM once. Now I've got Mike, gotta say he's awesome. We chat at least once a day on aim to talk about campaigns and stuff.

Having a dedicated AM is a big help and a huge motivator. If you're not getting good communication you should probably ask to switch it up. I'd suspect that if your not pushing much volume you won't get too much attention. The 95/5 rule applies, and the AM's are going to be concentrating most of their energy on the people making them money.

Fairly logical yes. Spending time with publishers and advertisers and supporting them via IM is a huge load of work. It is fair enough that they concentrate on customers who bring the most money.

I don't think thats how it works - I think they have to support those who make less money more, since they are the ones who need help and can improve, while the big earners, basically understand everything.

Yes, you might be right. But some newbies can become successful publishers. Some won't just do anything. After a while, I guess Azoogle AM won't be as supportive as at the beginning once they know these customers are not worth their time.
