There is no code, you need to type in the amount which they have deducted from your account to verify.

I typed in the amount and it said "The code must be 6 characters long and alpha-numeric!"

Do you want to say you added a bank account and moneybookers took money from your account without your permission?? I never heard of this. There is no verification for bank accounts. You just add the bank account and then withdraw funds or you can upload funds to your moneybookers account.

Ah, I think you mean the Address Verification Verify Code. If that's the one, you just need to wait for their letter in your physical mail box in the coming week. In that letter, it will have the code to key in.

If you refer to your Bank account, then check the remark column for the deduction in your bank statement http://www.ebgenius.com/index.php?showtopic=2559&pid=11701&mode=threaded&start=

For one moment, I thought you were referring to the Credit Card verification where you type in the amount of money which they deduct.

There is a bank verify code.

They took £1.09 out of my bank, so what do I put to verify it as "The code must be 6 characters long and alpha-numeric!"

Is there are remarks for that transaction ? If not, check with your bank. Otherwise contact Moneybookers and ask.

If this is the case and you have online access to your bank account check the online statement and hopefully you will get the code otherwise the only choice "Call Moneybookers" .

You could also have your address verified. It will increase the limit of your account.

That´s not for european bank accounts: you can verify your bank account in the way the op described, it will lift transaction limits to 15000€.

NoNoNo! You don´t have to verify your bank account. You can also withdraw to an unverified bank account. The use of bank account verification is the limit raises.

I was wondering about unverified accounts and withdrawals! Thanks! :)

I'm waiting for my monthly statement to arrive, see if it has the verification code in it. And if it doesn't, then it doesn't matter! (Or does it )

From my experience I can only speak about German Moneybookers accs: you will be able to withdraw even unverified, but there is a transaction limit of about 1300$. I think there won´t be a big difference to Moneybookers UK for example.

    Regards

Nope, even checked online. I will ask the Bank but it doesn't really matter so long as I can get the money!
