Paypopup and Adversal are my favourites.

 

There's a good few here that offer popups/popunders.

The first 2 pays the best, but I really don't think you will get accepted into them 2 as they don't tend to accept forums, but the others listed on the site should hopefully accept you.

I tried paypopup, and got that damn errorsafe crap. I told them, they were going to look into it. Never got back to me.

If possible I also wanna know if adversal popups could be annoying to users coz it seems they load on each page load, I don't want to loose my traffic because of that ..

there is a danger with popup ads.
most users dont like them
and sometimes, visitors may close the site without viewing any further.
Thus, you loss your visitors!

I don't suggest you to use popupad.net , many people been scammed including me , many complains in google

 

Strange... I was paid by popupad like 6 times and it is the same network like affiliatewindow. Is there more people having this experience with popupad?

I won't say they don't pay at all , they do pay for some members & kick the others , it's their strategy

am not attacking them , I just want to say if you promote them you may get paid and you may not , so why take the risk on your hard earned money
