I think the site is ok with adsense because there are content on the site. Adsense will not ban this users account. If you doubt, go ahead and report him.

Ofcourse it's a violation - It's a very rude and ugly one page MFA which doesn't contain even 400 words in it. Report.
    It will get deindexed aswell.

its defintely MFA...but why would you report it? If a trend of webmaster reporting other webmasters starts to happen we will all be getting Google Bowled.

Now if its in your actual niche and causing you problems...then that might be a bit different.

Most of the times these MFA guys dont make a terribly large amount of money...so i probably wouldnt do much about the site etc.

    Just my 2 cents

Nope, not hurting my niche in anyway. And yes, why should I waste my valuable time and go report to google. They don't pay me anything for it......:p

The site doesnot have any navigation links. A page displaying Adsense should have proper navigation links, and should not be a dead-end page.

Why do people go out of their way to make others fail. Leave him to it , if hes making a violation he will fail himself in time. Dont make him fail before hes walked.!

In the case of blatant violations (and this site is NOT one of those) I think there is a certain amount of self-policing that we have to do to keep this system viable. I just love the "let Google take care of it, it's not hurting me" approach. It IS hurting you, maybe not in a big way, but if a site is violating Policy (say by asking for clicks) it's hurting an advertiser. That advertiser, in turn, may pull out or lower his pay which will eventually hurt the publishers. Again, I don't think the site above is in violation of any Policies or Terms so reporting doesn't really apply here.

Then why waste your valuable time posting it in here. :)

That is not a violation of any specific Term of Service and/or Policy

    There is violations every where,

Just keep working on your own site, and let google take care of that,

They have bots that detect this kind of stuff, have no fear :)
