What I'm talking about is that I think that there was some sort of affection between the girl and the guy...I don't see where I'm contradicting myself. Yes,it if really did happen the way the news said it did, then I do feel sorry for what the girl went through, but this situation seems to unreal to me.
It looks perfectly real to me, rape a girl, make a haha-made-you-a-fool excuse and go around the city, looking to find another girl. Edit :- As far as the affection is concerned, the girl would never had complained in the court, would she ? "The girl screamed when she awoke. " ~KMKM
she is 15 years of age, thats below the age of consent in the uk, thats why it was rape no matter how you look at it. what i find strange is this: he stealthily creped to her bed, and stealthily spread her legs, and stealthily mounted her "The girl screamed when she awoke. " this to me means he knew what he was doing not to wake anyone up in the house or the girl for that matter, knowing she had a drink maybe, he took his chances on having sex and not waking her.
He needs to be locked up when he goes to sleep.. He must have had a sh*t hot legal team.. IMO Rape is rape The fact he doesn't remember is neither here is there.. He new he had this "condition" and should have taken precautions to prevent himself being a danger to others..
how many 26 year olds have sleep overs with 15 year olds in the same house? his legal team will have been a RAF legal team...
