Besides the very popular deep link mod, what else would you recommend? We have many unique MODs for PHPLD, but what MODs are good to attract visitors and submitters?

I like the daily featured MOD at forplex too. Can you be more specific for the ones at linkforever.net? I wonder if there is one that can attract submitters besides those "display" MODs?
you may try link popularity mod, sponsored link mod, multiple category submission mod from linkforever.
Well you could always have "voting polls" or something like "Daily Topic" to interact with webmasters, submitters, visitors which would also add daily updated stats or posably content as well as a general census of those whom visit thx malcolm
I once looked for a voting or rating MOD. I wonder if anyone has a good experience with it. I know that interaction with visitors is a great idea.
I agree because that not only keeps visitors interested but also gives the dir rotating content that gives you a bit of content boost at search engines.
But the thread was about mods that should attract submitters... In my opinion these are: deep links, multilple categories for submit, promo code, all that makes link detail page attractive, seo friendly URLs... I'm sure all of it is important for submitters. Then when you think of profits making mods: sponsored ads, category ads, daily listing, automated link renew. Think those are best. All of it concerns phpld script based directories. The rest is in dir owner hands.
