Where does come the diagnostic?

Simple: if you do a 'info:' query in google on the name your will see that it is hiding (redirected to) another one from which it inherited the PR (in this case xtremehosting.de)

However, this is really a cool and good name because it is short - I love it

 

All of the PR check sources which I have searched show to me it's a valid PR3 domain. Only www.prxpert.com shows it has a fake PR. Do you know any other PR check source which shows the same?

I didn't redirect the domain to anywhere. I registered it last week. Who can redirect it ? May be it had been used by someone else before I registered it. In fact, I couldn't understand how a new domain has PR3, too
Can you explain those above please? If www.prxpert.com shows true, what would you advise? Thanks for the info's.

 

I can try to explain - I had lots of such names in the past

Before becoming available as a drop, the name was redirected to this page which is indeed a PR3:

This is the outcome of a simple query in Google where the redirection becomes obvious:

Concerning the PR checker, prxpert.com is very reliable.
However, you can still look at this other one which is telling us the same conclusion:

Your name is a great name - don't need a PR to be sold rapidly

 

So, I changed the auction rules as below:

1- Auction will be end after 72 hours from now on (Time of this post)

2- Highest bidder will win without any BIN or reserve price. Minimum bid is $10. So, you can buy it for $10 if there is no higher bid

3- Payment via verified paypal account (credit card or paypal balance)

This is the first time I sell a domain. This is a private registered domain. You can check www.who.is. I don't know what will happen if a private domain sold. Even I don't know how to transfer my domain to you at godaddy But please be sure I will try to learn. In fact I don't care about loss or earn some $ from this domain. I care how much to learn.
