    You can´t verify your adress by VCC! Only the account itself.

    I think he meant Email address and not his own address ;) btw indian accounts only need a cc to verify their a/c.

    He meant the Home Address. I just got mine Blocked for faking IPs.. you have to produce your utility bills to confirm your residential area.
