I'm going to Berlin over the weekend, any tips on what to see? We've already planned for all the classical spots such as Checkpoint Charlie and the DDR-museum but perhaps there are more to Berlin than meets the eye (or Google.com)
You can meet "Klaus Wowereit" who is the mayor of Berlin city lol joking.. As far as I know that there is alot thing to see. I recommend you to check Brandenburg Gate. It is an iconic landmark of Berlin. Then Reichstag glass dome. Afterwards the Schloss Charlottenburg which was burnt out in the Second World War and largely destroyed, has been rebuilt and is the largest surviving historical palace in Berlin.
