    so PR update is happening right now? I noticed that in google webmasters, it shows that most of my pages have "low page rank" however with toolbar it displays no page rank available for all but homepage. This makes me think that the update is simply visual but the bots calculate PR everyday. Which makes the update simply visual. Anyone have similar thougts or disagreements?

    I know its not over yet. I changed URL's on my domain right after last update (Q2). All now are 301 redirected so must be picking up again. Traffic is now the same as before URL rewrite. SERPS same as well so my guess PR is back but toolbar not updated. All pages are still PR0 and ur I as PR of old URL's they do have it (PR3-4 etc). So to mee it looks like PR update hasn't happened for me 100%

    That is almost accurate. When people talk about a Page Rank Update what they are really referring to is an Export. Google pin points the Page Rank of a certain period and Exports the information to the Toolbar. This means that the moment you see your PR toolbar updated, in reality, it's quite outdated.
