Crazy. The documents would have the other person's name and forging documents is illegal for both parties. I doubt many people would break the law just to be nice to a random guy on a forum.
You lied in your application and you got caught and now you want someone to join you in your life of crime and get into trouble to ? Don't you know that if you break Paypal's TOS, you would be caught one day and get your account terminated. Take this as a lesson and don't fall into a life of crime anymore. This is your second chance at life. The problem is one which you created for yourself, don't get anyone else into trouble too.
Breaking PayPals TOS doesn´t have to do anything with crime even if of course many people who use fake info need it for fraud. But it´s not ALWAYS crime, just breaking the TOS of PayPal

Why they terminated your account? Did you make any infraction on PP? And you should retrieve the 10K because this is your belonging.
if you seek for an excellent alternative you can use e-gold. very secure and never act like paypal do usually but its really tough to exchange e-gold from different parts of the world. regards
The summary of it is that the OP used fake information to sign up for a Paypal account and Paypal found out about it and limited his account. Paypal asked that he submit documentary proof that he do not have. He then asked for someone to provide him with fake documentation to get his account lifted.
