    I would suggest that you add deeper subcategories so that like sites would be listed together, and would also help the sites to get link juice down the road. It would eliminate the moving of sites all the time in your directory if you took heed to that now. Thus links would be at the same location and become stronger.

    Just my .02 worth:D
