Firefox refferals -- Do they pay well?

I've never gotten one before, can someone with experience tell me how much t hey pay off per refferal?

 

I got around 50 cents for one referral.

 

I've never made anything from those.

Same here. It's a shame since I can remember Google paying out between $1-$2 a few months back.

 

Same I heard about people getting that much but really from what I've heard it's usually a lot less.

 

Nope, they still pay 1$ but it has to come from a certain country. Stupid, I know. If a member signs up from a certain country you get 0.10$ if they sign up from another country you can get up to 1.00$

 

They pay UP TO $1, based on what country the person is in.. Since most of my traffic is from the U.S., 99% of all my Firefox referrals pay at the full $1 .. If you have a site that attracts people looking to make their internet experience safer/better you can get a LOT of conversions.. But, you have to 'sell' or endorse it (or any referral product) - dont just expect to slap a referral button on the sidebar of your site and start making money.. to see what i mean, see THIS PAGE at the Adsense support site for an example. I tell 'ya, the guy that invented that method of endorsing Firefox Referrals is a friggin genius.. no wonder they call him the Firefox Referral-King

 

im just get 0.10 cents per referral since it came from the same country, however for referral that come from other country they paid much higher than this.

Yeah I've never used them before because improving internet wasnt ever the main part of any of my sites. But I am makinga new section in one of my sites and it kind of deals with making pages look their best and stuff so I think I could probably get most IE people that view the page to convert. Otherwise I never thought id get any clicks.

the more traffic the better.. but only U.S. conversions (maybe Canada and UK.. nobody knows for sure) pay the full $1 .. conversions from third-world countries pay as little as $0.10.. all the other countries pay somewhere in between.

I've personally made $.20 from someone who downloaded it, but a lot of my traffic is from iran.

 

made a few of them, mostly when i go out to fix someone computer, i just go over to my site and click on the ads and install it on my client pc Though now a days I don't tat no more since most of my client are repeat customer which has firefox already install

payout is around 0.3 - 0.7

referalls are paying good if you know how to use them! Tearabite is right! you must "sell" your referalls in order to get some cash!

 

I tried it out today, got 20 referrals and made 2$
That sucks.
Most of my traffic is from USA(~80%

 

it depends how you promote it liewcf.com has promoted it on top saying "Firefox 2 is out download it" and he told me that he got around 300$ that month
i used the same trick (bit copycat) and got 50$ for a month
they pay well but sometimes ppl don't know how to optimize it
