Hello, i recently changed to new ISP Thus got a new Ip. now when i tried logging into my egold account it says new ip found and u cannot login with this ip my question is what can i do now? or does this happens to all? when will i be able to login?
from the option in the account you allow that ip. FOr example, Allow from IP*: 192.168......... If you can just enter for one last time with your previous ISP and change that option you can enter in your account from the other ISP. Or you can allow from any ip address
I do not like these 'Detect IP Address Change Sensitivity' option. It just makes harder to access account. And not everytime 'pin' number is coming in time. Though looks strange you got such message. Usually they just send you pin to your e-mail, which you must enter when your ip is changed.
You should use proxy to get into it. Egold is having such a problem. It is not allowing me to go in too.
If you have a dynamic ip connection try disconnecting and reconnecting, if that dosen't work use a proxy to access your account.
