Eating at night is not healthy. Then why during Ramadan Muslims eat only at night?

    Exactly, they should be reported.
I’ve seen many Bangladeshi restaurants like that.

Sorry, I'm gonna have to completely disagree with this. It sounds like you haven't been outside of the US. I moved from a 3rd world country in Eastern Europe to the US to just find people eating with their fingers in McDonalds. If American's have better habits, why do they die earlier, have more chances of being obese, and get heart disease more than people in other countries, including poor countries.

and some Chinese restaurants for that matter.

Not every action is done by a Muslim is attributed to Islam. If a restaurant is unclean, it's the responsibility of its owner and the authorities that allow that. Islam has nothing to do with the state of a place, in fact being unclean goes against the very principle of grooming in Islam.

what is better eating a lot during the day and nothing at night for 30 days or fasting for 30 days and only having a light meal when you break up the fast, which would be around 18.00 this year. Muslims because they fats during teh day are not supposed to catch up at night but only eat in moderation anyway.

stop eating 5 hours before going to bed? mmmm if you go to bed at midnight you would stop eating at 7? i don't think many people do that, and try sleeping on an empty stomach it's very difficult.

You think so? your food is cleaner in comparison to most? of course if you look at it my way: mainly junk and processed food.

Anyway that would be more difficult to abstain from food than sex during the day even for a "hot " man like you, during the day you are generally at work so that would be difficult to have that sort of activities but of course you never know it all depends who you work with :D:D

Difficult question to answer Food or Sex? I personally prefer both any time; :D

Since Islam has a solution to everything and unknown to many. A man is somewhat allowed some sexual activities during the fasting day, as long as he approaches his wife without penetrating and without ejaculating, everything else is ok, as by the example of the prophet.

Actually, Ramadhan is not all about eating at night and go to sleep , but how to feel like a poor family, how to control our lust :)
