    I just optimize the site as I do with all my sites. I have a similair site that is well optimized as well and it makes $40 - $50 per day with just 2500 uniques per day...

    Whoever gets this site will make good $$$ if they work on good, targeted backlinks. It has the exact same potential as my site making $40 - $50 per day.
