Simple, Professional & Modern Logo - $50

My company is going to change name and a bit the concept. So I need new look, the logo for starters.

Being a designer, I'm picky but at the same time, I know what I want. So please follow instructions and ask if not sure, to avoid wasting time (yours and mine).

The name: IDEAS Creative Group (I want it written that way)

    Things I don't want:
-colors: purple, magenta, pink (or any similar)
    -dark background
    -complicated or overdone

Things I prefer, but I'm open to new ideas:
-colors: burgandy (for IDEAS), black, navy, dark grey
---I'm open to variations of green, orange, and teal---
-for the word "IDEAS" font Broadway

It needs to have a lightbulb. It doesn't matter the style, size, effect, whatever, but it has to be there. Take a look to my site (yes I know, needs update...) to have an idea of what my company is about and help you with the concept.

The logo has to be VERY simple and possible to convert to black & white since I use the logo in promotional products, checks, forms, fax, and others so that means I will need it in eps format when files are sent.

Of course, I will keep all the rights to the winner logo.

If I missed something, please ask... Good luck to all!... and if you design templates, I might give you some extra work. ;)

Something around 500 x 300 px or 5" x 3" should be fine for the original file.

    SB... not that simple!

    Kia... great start!!!

Well, actually I don't like that PURPLE :( but I do love the concept with the bulb on the "I". Try other colors and using "creative group" bigger and a more "elegant" font.

SB... I don't like that white border. I've seen your designs and know you can do much better.

Oh jbo, you don't have to use all the colors at the same time... just pick and choose.

The design doesn't look bad, but it won't work on a little space like 1" or in black and white environment because the bulb will be lost.

Oh sorry. I saw that you didn't like purple in your original post. I guess burgundy is more red?
