    I am expecting to receive mine once it reaches one hundred dollars. I won't let it linger :p. I have just reached the threshold that they put your account on hold for pin verification. First I had to verify telephone number and now I need to input a number for the pin verification. The pin verification is being mailed from Google. They said to allow a few weeks for it to arrive to me in the mail.
