    what is the biggest incentivized offer you've seen where the user doesn't have to purchase anything? Incentaclick offers a discover card one for a $64 payout if the person is approved. Anyone know of any that are bigger?

    CJ has one with lasik eye surgey where all you do is make an appointment..they pay $100.

    Thats the highest I know.

    wow, great offer. I just checked instantdollarz out and they've got the most ghetto homepage ever, they should look into getting an upgrade.

    edit: hmmm also just looked into joining up with them and they ask for your SSN on an unsecure page.... don't think so
