Best Host?

Hey all,

I'm currently on Dreamhost and they suck arse!!! I was happy the first few months until they started going down every 10 minutes, and being slow for 9 out of the 10 minutes they wer eup. Now my brwoser will time-out my pages cuz they are so slow. EVEN THE PANEL of Dreamhost doesn't load. I seriously think they are teh worst company as far as reliability goes. I mean sure they offer you xxxgb space and xxxxgb transfer but you can't use it if your page doesn't work.

Anyway, forget them:

I need a host with about 50gb of space, and quite a bit of bw (tb+). It needs to be FAST! My sites are mostly php and intergrated scripting so Fast is key... Price isn't that big of an issue as long as they arent extremely expensive. What do you reccomend?

Don't take hostgator ... they are like Dreamhost

I have heard that Hostgator are quite good, maybe you should give them a shot. But I am currently using Reseller Zoom, and I am more than satisfied.

I said money isn't that big of a deal but it kinda is. Dreamhost i pay 11/month. Anything under 20 is alright with me.

 

Under $20 a month you'd get a decent VPS with free LxAdmin CP...better invest in it to avoid future problems

 

Agree with you and you can find reliable VPS for even lower with Webmin.
