Question about PPC Vs. Web/banner promotion technique

Most offers via azoogle, atleast the ones I'm interested in promoting, won't let affiliates bid on trademark terms, misspellings, etc.

I was wondering if this is just for direct linking to the affiliate in PPC or if this also applies to landing pages within my own domain.

ie: if i setup a review landing page to promote several "risk free trial offers" is it prohibited to bid on trademark search terms even if I am sending them to my site??

    Question 2:
Does promoting several merchants of the same genre on the landing page, ever cause any issues to arise.

ie: merchant "a" offers a risk free trial similar to merchant "b" and "c" and I rank them according to my own personal prefence...

    Thanks for the help

it all depends if your site is soley for the promoting of the offer or not. If you are offering other valuable services and your site isn't strictly promoting the offer then you could probably get away with it. if you were promoting via banners etc..

It applies to both if you are promoting their product. Here's a tip though. If you find a high trafficked trademarked term you can bid on try promoting a competitor's product ;)

No, this won't cause problems unless of course the merchant has some kind of terms about this which I have yet to see.
