Shenron, look at the source of the iframe. The iframe loads a bunch of other iframes that are indeed AdSense:

There most certainly is Adsense there. Check the source code, it's buried down two levels in iframes, that's how he's able to get more than the allowed number of ads to show, and to cover up the ads by google.

Actually, he/she was using someone else's account, so the person in question (who violated Google's terms) will likely not be banned.

 

As i said earlier, the dude knows what he is doing and i suspected he was using iframes to display more than one ad and thats what he is doing.
