Well as I have found out the hard way those 3 are your only REAL options. If those arent working then you need to get rid of the ads altogether.

I wasted my time with etology.com, so there is another if you want to try. Without the ads crawling like adsense, unless its an adult site your pretty much without options since the ads they show ARENT relavant and just waste time and your effort.

You could try AdToll.com. They are like adengage but you can use banners or text ads and you can have several ad zones per site.

    There's a few listed here

Adtoll is a new one, but seems to be promising. Etology has been around for a little while now and seems to have taken off rather well.

    Good luck anyway.

I suggest selling links in the buy/sell trade forum here. Direct with the customer you skip the middle man. This means more money.

Actually when you break it down it doesn't mean more REAL money. You have to spend TIME posting on forums and setting up relationships with people and then manually do the links and manage the campaigns. TIME = MONEY!

Using an ad management service (like AdToll) seriously reduces your administration overhead as well as bringing you to a marketplace where there are reputable advertisers ready and looking to buy ads.

There's many more advantages as well such as marketing effort, detailed campaign statistics etc etc...

People often forget time = money.

I think you can have a go with AdToll too. I am used to use Adsense until an publisher on AdEngage got me banned from Adsense due to click fraud. AdToll is performing quite decently for me though nothing near what I am getting from Adsense. But AdToll's still young so the potential is there.

I made some time to understand & I'm very content I could :)

What about those sites with bad traffic sources? They get banned from AdEngage or that's fine for them?

BtW, I need some PPC (or CPM) with good rates for traffic coming from the US, any idea?

When I get disabled out of the blue after 3-4 yrs with Google Adsense, something must be wrong especially when the reason given by Adsense is invalid clicks. What made me came to my conclusion is that I received an email from AdEngage over a week later to inform me that the publisher practised click fraud and I will be refunded. I just got really unlucky, I guess.

Nope, I don't advertise my websites on these websites. You need a bit of thinking when advertising. Look at the segmentation of the traffic, there's no US traffic worth mentioning.
