SERP Drop

My traffic just came back, but I am not going to get my hopes up yet until its there for a while.

currently mmy serp has dropped.......all trafiic gone..but hoping it will get bak...this same thing hapened to my friend one week back....but his serp is bak with higher position

 

If the serp drops you will have to give it a couple of weeks before you start making changes.

 

Yeah same has happened to me, couple of sites have had a big drop and nearly gave me a panic attack. Hopefully it should improve, I dont use dodgy techniques so there is no reason for a sudden permenant drop really. I would love it if they come back in higher positions!

There is certainly a lot of movement in the serps. I have a lot of less competive keywords that I have maintained #1. For my main keywords I have dropped like a stone.

 

It must have been a full week at least, which really made me panic until I came & read about it on dp ... & that others were having same problem & said that it'd go back to normal, which it did & then some!

 

Is anyone still experiencing a drop? My site is still way down in traffic, and it's beginning to really annoy me. Seems to be getting worse :-(

 

Yes I am for the 12th day already
It is still getting worst and rankings keep dropping page after page.

I'm sick of this shit!

My site has jumped from around #30 to #6 for 'bidding directory'

 

A lot of sites are bouncing around.

 

my serps went down a couple of positions after it came back from the serp drop

 

I've seen that too. I had a site that was #18 drop in increments of one down to #24. The site bounced to #12 and has dropped to #13.

 

For one site I am still flat lining since August 12, a day when this thread was very busy. No panic, just a little frustrated. My very old sites are rock solid but the site that is down is a little over the year old and only recently it started doing very well in the SERPs.

 

I've had some SERP increases.

But no PR change on any site.

 

How many days it may take to restore the rankings which dropped suddenly..
My site was ranking 13th and one fine day it was pushed to 80 position....
what is the reason behind it.. is it normal...
