I was just wondering if SEOs always did their own work, because I mean there is so much cheap labor on these forums for example why bother to articles submissions yourself?
I do only blog post writing and on-site optimization myself .. everything else I outsource to other companies/countries Cheers, Venetsian

This is not a matter of being a successful SEO or not, its a matter of business model. I only do on site optimization and blog / forum posting because I don't want my business to look spammy. Rest is ok to outsource, even if link building I do not outsource completely.
Most SEO's have staff working under them. Work has to be decentralised- one person cannot handle too many assignments at a time on his own.
Some companies do and some do not. I think some seo companies like to control every aspect. While others worry about certain things and sub out somethings they feel someone else can do and not effect thier work.

I do SEO myself. It's a valuable skill to self-acquire. Other stuffs like article writing, article submission, copywriting, web design etc. I'll outsource while I do what I'm best at.
i dont think that seos pay the others . there is no reason to pay money to anybody if you are making seo
Yeah in this forum most of the people outsource Off Page ( Link Building ) Optimization to countries like India and Others.I own an Outsourcing Company and got many clients through this forum .
I think most SEO companies outsource to other countries to save time and money. It makes sense in a business sense.
