    Paypal allowed one personal or premier account and one business account.

    Welll I have 2-3 personal and 3business accounts or more for paypal and they never really told me anything or tried to contact me so yeah.

    You can have same name for numerous accounts but the email address should be different... :D

    Paypal is allowing 2 accounts at a time.
    1. Personal
    2. Business

    If you are having 2 personal or 2 business accounts then paypal can sue you as it is against TOS...
