    Well i just checked the site....seems like a very normal health site to me....But why would they use such title!! to increase CTR maybe?

    That is a very clever attention grabbing ad... although it would seem to attract more male clickers than female, so I'm not sure how effective the campaign is unless they are indeed trying to target males. But even then, most who clicked will end up being disappointed.

    Lol it sure is a cleaver trick by whoever is doing the adword campaign. I do not believe it would be against their TOS, as it's not p0rn related, but health.

    I'm sure it has a high CTR, mostly males ;)
