Good Day I own a domain name with the word google in it. Can google claim this domain name as "google" is trademarked ?
then there is really no point in working and developing the domain as I can "loose" it any day...right The name is so good i receive som regular type-ins as well What would you others do ?
Drop the domain name before Google finds out about it. It is not worth the legal trouble to keep it. Cut the registration fee as lesson learned and move on.
Before you start heeding any "advice" from total strangers here, consider just a few things. It appears those who say "fight the buggers!" either haven't experienced that sort of thing happen to them, or they reside in places where the trademark holder in question will likely find it difficult, if not impossible, to enforce their claims. If you happen to live in one where the party in question can do so, it's your arse on the line with essentially no risk or liability on those who tell you to do so. Recently, Google sued a man in the Netherlands for registering and using some domain names bearing their trademark because they have a presence there. It has been resolved since then. Weigh your risks and rewards carefully.
I don't think anyone in this thread said "fight the buggers!". In fact, you can't say "those" because you and I are the only two people to have replied to the OP. If by "total strangers here" you mean me (though there is only one of me, I assure you), then what about you? Are you no less a stranger to this person?
It's a preemptive strike for those who feel like posting such rubbish here. Heck, the OP (or anyone for that matter) doesn't even have to consider one bit what I post. But if what I say has a degree of truth (which I try to input in my posts), then why not give it a thought?
