yuck even if they are premium publisher's they are not allowed to ask ppl to click on ads. Hmmm the site cleverly
Mentioning jobs as ads they are trying to confuse normal user because there are google ads as well.

It looks like they could be premium publishers, but even so, I highly doubt Google would approve of asking users to click on ads.

Looking their source code seems a Premium publisher because is using special javascript code and variables (google_hints, google_max_num_ads, ...).
But as Computerized said: I highly doubt Google would approve of asking users to click on ads.

Also that ads are on a page with no content at all (all pages seems no-content pages), and that is against TOS too.

It is against TOS to ask for click on advertisements. Google may ban them immediately.

Looks like premium adsense folks can do a lot of things regular joe's can't

    Check Out: http://labnol.blogspot.com/2007/04/privilege-of-being-adsense-premium.html

As for suggesting that people click, they are not techincally saying "click on the adsense ads", they are saying click on our classifieds.

Also interesting is the fact that the ads that are shown are other job search sites like monster or working.com so it is fairly likely that somone searching on this site, would also want to search on those sites too.

Here's another example http://www.yalwa.com/Sacramento/Electrical-Goods/705/ but the phrasing is slightly different "click on the title of a directory entry"

Yep You are right, but the fact is that ads, "Google ads" or "classified ads", they both have a common word ads, and both of these ads are stuffed between each other two ads and then two classifieds and then another couple Google ads. grr if I'm allowed that way I could be millionaire.

I think they are against TOS but I do not like to report coz sooner or later, they face the consequences.

Reporting makes sure that Google does find out, reporting is the ethical thing to do. ;)

They simply says, 'click the ads title' the visitor could be confused by this and google terms explains 'you cannot mingle adsense ads and contents looks like similar, as because of confusion for the visitors to identify whether its a normal link or an ad'
