Yeah I know. It's only vastly less flawed than a several thousand year old book of stories that's been rewritten, re-edited, translated, and restructured many times over
Who cares, if people want to believe Jesus created the Earth 6500 years ago, then let them. They aren't bothering you. You (and me) know this place wasn't created 6500 years ago, they happen to know that it was, so just agree to disagree. Meanwhile, on the other side of the globe, some piece of shit islamist is cutting the head off a child for not dressing in proper muslim fashion. This is why I can't relate to atheists. They are big bad and brave when attacking Jews and Christians, and a bunch of little girls scared to say a word when Islam is the topic. Bleh.
The great pyramid and the sphinx are way older than 6500 years... but anyways... that dinosaur on Noahs Ark picture is funny as hell... So you guys better stop now..
Well it seems to me that 99% of atheists are liberals. I very rarely come across someone like myself who doesn't believe in God that's not a liberal atheist. That's why I refuse to call myself an atheist. I find most atheists to be far left, anti-american, and basically have ideas that are exactly opposite to that of my own.
I don't know how old exactly the earth is. But I don't rely on "scientific" dating methods with obviously flawed assumptions to tell me either.
I'm not sure what type of atheist you've been dealing with but I personally have the same feelings towards all organized religion, Islam included.
I doubt that, unless you let your issues with terrorists merge to include all people of a given race, creed or religion. Then you'd deserve it.
That's gotta be a first. But I don't actually *hate* religion, I just don't like it. However, when it comes to islam, I completely and positively hate it. I find it totally disgusting.
Why do you people make fun of a figure (Jesus) other people respect. Are these the morals of atheism?
So in essence atheists have no morals because such actions cannot constitute morals. No wonder every religion prosecutes atheists. Hmmm...now I am inclining toward theology.
