Could it be because they have changed their credit card, I had this happen to all of my subscriptions when I changed my card once.
Exactly had the same once my card expired and entered new one. Lost 6 subscriptions due to stupid PP rules and even though I have enough funds on my account.
Hello... Means he doesn't want to be pestered with a yearly fee... your call whether to give him the year then send a notice or just let him in permanent or refund him his change... thx malcom
it means he doesnt want to get charged every year. perhaps its incase your directory is useless and he doesnt want to be in it again. (which i am sure is untrue) I expect the payment has gone through, just it wont auto charge him next year. No need to delete his link, just let it expire next year.
Owner has contacted me, I'm guessing he noticed the traffic spike, he accidentally canceled it because he didn't recognize The SEO Company.
hmmm i agree that we need to somehow figure out a way when someone adds thier site it shows the directory submitted to as well as the company that owns it as the same has happened to me on a few occasions at paypal. thx malcolm
Subscription cancel means to you that he will not send payment for next term and on. But on his/her end there could be various reasons.
Dont you send out submission emails? because i remember when i say the paypal mail i forgot who it was, but i checked the dates and spening charts and figured it must be your SEO company since the directory is british and so is the SEO company
Hey, when you make the payment at paypal, it tells you XXXX will show up on your bill for this transaction. Right? Anyhow, I guess this issue is resolved, just thought I'd throw my cents in. I do like the idea though of placing the billing COMPANY NAME on the actual site so that people will remember the purchase. (hopefully)
I know on phplinkdirectory you can go to paypal.tpl line 18 find <input type="hidden" name="item_name" value="Link to {$URL|trim}" /> change it to <input type="hidden" name="item_name" value="Link to {$URL|trim} for {$smarty.const.DIRECTORY_TITLE|escape|trim}" /> Code (markup):
