Likely you are blocking advertisers, and therefor the ones left need pay less for the same spot. Also, you might want to have less ads to a page. Beyond that there's nothing you can do. The subject might just have very low paying ads.
Dude, you are disclosing stats that Google doesn't allow you to disclose.. To your problem: It may be smart pricing or Invalid/discounted clicks. Either that or you're getting really shitty ads...
