Considering selling one of my directory (PR5)

Hi,

I'm considering selling my directory cnmpx.com. Please let me know what you would offer for such a directory?

Details are as follows:

Directroy Main URL:
URL: www.cnmpx.com
PR: 5

Directory Blog:
URL: www.cnmpx.com/blog/
PR: 5

Revenue received (per month):

10 x sitewide directory links @ $15 = $150/month
15 x blogwide links @ $8 = $120/month
Link sales ~6 per month = ~ $42/month

I also sell the occasional blog post for $12 per post which has been popular in the past....

Total monthly revenue = $312 per month

The directory has been up since January this year.

The directory uses a custom phpld template and custom designed wordpress template both of which did cost me quite a bit to make and are also sold with the directory! The directory uses phpld v3.1 (license will be transfered to the new owner).

It appears you have a duplicate of the site at http://techtoplist.com/ ... Is that correct? If so, are both sites being sold?

 

Hi, yes techtoplist is another one of my directories, it shares the same 'template' as cnmpx except for the logo .... techtoplist.com will not be sold ... only cnmpx

Apart from the template techtoplist and cnmpx are completely different sites (different categories, etc).

PR = Google PageRank ... it's googles way of ranking websites ... it's on a scale of 0 to 10 (10 being the best).

Sounds like you're on crack ..... you don't think 10 months revenue is worth it? If not please reply with a more constructive comment.
