Valueclick Won't Pay / Answer emails!!!

I've sent 6 emails now, no responses. Haven't been paid for 5 months now.

I'm with the UK branch which doesn't support paypal.

I know of at least 4 people in the same boat.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

 

I've also replied in your old thread. I haven't received payment either from the ValueClick UK Office and I've sent 7 emails and 2 support tickets the last 20 days. So far, I haven't got any reply.

 

Same here, with the French office. Member since April, never been paid!
Anyone tried to call them by phone?

 

Is there a phone number u can call? Also I hope you have stopped using them if you haven't been paid yet.... best thing to do is find every way to contact them and call/email the different people untill you get an answer.

 

I also joined ValueClick in April and haven't got paid, as I said before.

I'm not in the UK, so it's not easy for me to call them, but I've sent several emails to all ValueClick addresses I could find: ; ; ; ;

I haven't received a reply from any of them.

Isn't there any legal action we can take? What they do is fraudulent, right?

 

I ended up ringing the UK office, and got the slanewala email, and got it all sorted. expecting payment on the 20th!

Im owed quite a lot of money from VCMedia (uk) and have been promised a payout on the 20th of next month - anybody been promised the same and still not recieved it as I havent been paid out for 4 months now?

 

Has anyone ever been paid? I thought they were a large well known company??

 

I'm beginning to wonder myself, will wait and see until the 20th and report back

 

after being fobbed off and basically lied to twice, I will be ringing the UK office up in the morning demanding payment.

Can anyone suggest ways of reporting them or at least something I can legally "threaten" them with if they continue to avoid making payment? It's almost $1,000 i'm waiting for too so it's not something I'm taking very lightly neither.

 

After a telephone conversation with someone at VCMedia, I was promised payment in 3 days and it was made in time and in full.
