Okay, I just got reseller hosting, how do I set up my hosting site?

I have set up the packages in WHM but how do I setup the website? anyone know where to get a hosting turnkey for free?

You can't setup the website via WHM, the website is all your doing, you can buy a template. It's pretty self explanatory just look in the navigation panel on the left side :)

Do you mean setting up the Automated reseller website ?
For that you need t o use cPanel API and a custom API code.

I'm not aware of any turnkey API site..

We just got WHMCS for our hosting today, it's really really annoying to setup. We need ioncube, which I don't think 1&1 has. We're probably going to have to find another host for our billing panel.

    Damn.

Thanks for the offer, we don't really need a reseller, it's a shared hosting package that we need.

Usually you can ask a host and usually they will install ioncube if it's not already installed.

Doesn't Ioncube also have a version to load locally on the domain, I could be wrong though.

tbh I don't think it's worth the hassle, usually with large companies like 1and1 they wont install scripts and stuff on a server because you ask. It's probably better to go to some smaller organisation who give a better quality service.

Besides, we havent got to the "no ioncube" error yet, because it dosent even want to load : http://www.prostreaming.net/clients/install/install.php Does that work for you?

The files owned by the same user as the domain? I know I've had similiar issues when uploading scripts logged in as root

Forgot some of the security mods require ownership by the account holder.

Well, I'm not sure cause I'm not the one who uploaded it, I think we have some setup whereby theres one FTP, and the different domains are different folders.
