Seems to have a lot of good content and visitors are most likely people who really want to have their acne cleared so I can suspect a good amount of money coming in from clicks. As long as you have traffic.

yeah it's pure for adsense? I think you should get another source of income. Adsense is not reliable recently.

Very nice site. If the content is unique its very good and you will make money. If not you will not earn. Try to get some links from health related sites. You could also use a health template to look more trustworthy.

Yes, you can do $10 a day with that site provided the content is original. Itseems to be and looks like a nice site. How much did you buy the site for and what traffic was it already getting? Note: Why not use 'acne' in the anchor in signature?
Hmm...I agree with those who says you need to work much harder to make more from the site. But I do believe it has potential..
