SEO tools you can't live without. What are they?

I saw a similiar question to what I'm about to ask on another forum, and the answer was crap. Basically, it referred the asker to an outdated thread...

The question was "what SEO tools can't you live without today"?

With all the tools out there (seobook.com, seochat, webconfs), some of which don't work or are outdated, what is the most current list of really valuable tools that you have bookmarked? Especially if you're constantly reviewing other sites for SEO value?

    Well,

I don't really checked my stats all that often anymore so I don't really need to use any tools. But when I was first starting out, I spent a lot of time reading through SEOBook.com.

There's always good quality information available there ;)

My favorite tool is on this site. The keyword ranking tool. Keeps me up to date and i add any keywords that were used to get to my website so there are plenty and the time it saves me typing into google and searching through for my site...priceless.

Nowadays, when I work not for myself but for clients I can't imagine my work without WebCEO.

The tools I use are HitLens (traffic analysis), links (to check who links and what text is used), ranking check (when I have no time to check SERPs manually and create a report) and Report Viewer (to provide my clients with the reports and do not spend time sending reports via e-mail).

    hello

concerning the tools, there is no such definition!

you use your tools depending of your need.

If you work with link management, try to find the best ebooks and top rated tools and then work on them. After some time the list will filter by it self.

At the end of the day, if you decide to go for article writing, put aside the link management tools and make the same process, but for article writing.

    it's very easy. :)

    regards

This proves my point. you use the software for the specific issue - directory submission forms.

maybe you can discuss on it's usage and why you find it usefull?

    Yahoo backlink analyzer :)

It lists down the top ten pages that link to you as well as the total number of internal / external links.
