Oh come on dude. You can not blame music. I listen to rap/hip hop/rnb. I used to have rap battles. I don't run around in gangs starting on people. I don't know about China but here in UK no one gives a flying one about 50 cent.

I agree with you totally.. even when they catch these little scumbags, they will only get a slap on the wrist.. IMO Music has got nothing to do with it. Its lack of parental control.
