    Blogger is out of the question because you can't use your own domain. TypePad isn't used as much as Wordpress. I think what you are looking for is Wordpress. Go with something widely used. There are many free themes, plug-ins, knowledge, and such for something that is used as much as Wordpress. Its a nice free solution too

    Whats the uptime rate? Does the server ever go down? I need a reliable host, since i'm intending to have my site for quite a few years.

    I think wordpress is best than others.
    it's interface is clean and easy to work on it.it is more powerful than others
    It provides more advanced facilities than others.

    I enjoy Wordpress a lot more, but blogger still has it's uses. It's a lot more popular.
