Spammers are not using PDF's

    I just received stock spam this morning with a PDF called ' doug-eula.pdf ' doug which is my name. So it appears the spammers are now using new techiques to get past our spam filters. did anyone else see this yet?

    Yep, I get those all the time. They even put my address or phone number. I don't know how they get my info but I'm glad they don't call. :eek:

    Yeah, images were all the rage at the beginning of the year, but as anti-spam software began to get a grip of it they moved to PDF's.

    It's very easy to spot though.

    As of yet, they haven't started to distribute viruses via PDF's.

    Just delete and forget, in fact there is no any silver bullet to kill these spammers. :(

    Since i used craigslist to run ads for my two call centers i have been getting an onslaught of spam with pdf.
