I consider ScribeFire and BloggerBar must haves for bloggers using FF. Apparently the person who wrote the post agrees, they even listed ScribeFire twice.

IMHO, you're overstating the actual problems here, you only
need to post to a blog once a day, twice maximum. I've been
testing this for a few years, you get no advantage posting to a
blog more than a couple of times per day.

Readers comments can be left for a couple of days if you want
to. Nobody would expect an instant reply to their comments,
they've probably moved onto something else anyway, and will
in most cases return in a day or two.
