I have noticed DPers commenting on others sales threads. Is it ethical do this? I feel the DP admins are not very strict on this. What do you think?

it's not, posting irrelevant comments on sales thread is against DP tos, you should report any post like that you see and the mods will take care of that :)

Of course its unethical, aswell as unprofessional. Most of the time these are the underage kids on the forums or just some people that still haven't matured... @_@

I wished someone did that for me., I was the first to post. He had left off the domain..So he posted, I looked and Pm offer. And went on to other threads, As it turns out the site wouldn't pass seologs pr check. I didn't know this, but the people on the thread did, they posted about the fake PR. But I didn't return to the thread, and the pm was private! I just tried to sell and got slammed for a fake pr. I didn't know. So I got in touch with the seller, and his reply was. you got what you paid for. Now should I go to his sales and say something, and give a bad itrader?
I would never had sold that site with telling someone of the deal.
    It will always come back.

Hope you can read this I was cooking... oh and there is a complete copy of the website out ther also..template, and content...there's more but you get the picture.

Its VERY ethical to warn others about a scam or a shitty deal. Its very unetichal not to warn.

warning when you're 100% sure it's a scammer is def a good thing, but posting irrelevant comments and spoiling a sales thread is much worse and people get infractions and ban for that.

Yes, when the seller hide something about adsense for example or when the seller do not tell everything and you know that, then you should post it, in a friendly way of course. Best thing is to disguise the critic as a genuine leading question.

The worst thing is when people post in other peoples sales threads, to advertise their similar services. Makes me angry :(

If its a review, or something thats constructive I think it should be allowed. But stuff like, WOW good product, good luck. and then the OP replying thanks to bump it up. That stuff is just dumb.
