Newly Opened Forum - Getting Users?

    Hello, I have started a new forum and would like any help I can get on how to get new users. For me, when I surf the internet and find an empty forum I just leave...this is what I don't want people to do...

    Any advice would be appreciated:)

    Post in forums that would have the same users you want on your forum with your link in the signature.

    Advertise the forums in your signature here. Get others to advertise it too. Also try traffic exchanges. Hope this helps.
