i'm not sure it can beat google yet... but nice search result.

Good results indeed, but the search is kind of slow compared with Google.

 

I searched Free Online Games and it returned the following.

You have got to be kidding me when you say good results. lol.

 

I see these google killers on a regular basis.... but google still remains the top dawg.

 

Google will die one day but none of use will be around then

 

i wont change my homepage but make a firefox search for the browser and i might use it sometimes

 

I feel the only reason Wikipedia was so popular, was the fact it was a free service, with very few competitors (and most competitors being commerical operations, users had to pay for it, which isn't good) - The price, and the lack of competition (competition operating at the same price that is) made Wikipedia very popular.

Wiki Search however has many competitors, almost all free, and most now ad-free (Google has no obstructive ads now really) - So people don't need a free alternative for search engines. IMO I don't think they have much of a chance at toppling google.

I agree with Doug the Great. The results are ridicullous although the voting idea is pretty good in my opinion.

might have competition on google.. but i dont think there ever will be a true google killer at the rate google has grown and growing..

 

"Google Killer" - Google could kill a.k.a buy most online businesses, if not all..

Google are unbeatable for searching imo, because of their userbase growing each day, there isn't a chance to catch up.
