I really didn't want to do this as this is one of my first sites and has always been good to me but I am in pretty deep debt and broke and need to pay my dues. This site is about a year old and although I have never given it much attention it had done pretty well on it's own. I kind of ignored it to work on my other sites so if someone can spend some time promoting it, it could easily do very well. The ONLY reason I am selling this now is because I am too far in debt and need to get caught up.

Not blocked by myspace as far as I know and not banned by adsense (or any other negative thing like that that I know of).

The only real advertising/promoting I have done ever on it was paid links and some link exchanges.

This will be crossposted on MSP and SP.

    All Layed Out

    http://AllLayedOut.com

longtime PR4. Good domain with no trademark issues.
    alllayedout.com (expires 8/14/08)
also includes alt spelling domain AllLaidOut.com (expires 8/2/08)

Site is about a year old now.

    Sale includes:
    - Two domains: AllLayedOut.com (main), AllLaidOut.com (redirected to main site...decent domain on it's own though lol)
    - MSRS script ($300 retail value)
    - Lots of paid content (many layouts, comments, images and generators. A small selection of comments may be tagged for my other sites).
    - All content seen on the site.
    - limited help transferring/installing on your server. It's not hard but I am a noob with some server stuff lol.
    - Access to the MSRS private support forums on myspacepros after appfoval of transfer by Greg.

    Revenue:
adsense total since late september last year $1,906.78 (was making more overall before my adsense account seemed to get "smart priced" in December affecting all my sites earnings)

    adsense lately
    march $190.94
    april $151.94
    may $97.91
    june $66.08
    july $94.36
    august so far $43.63

valueclick (didn't start till mid march)
    march $87.22
    april $140.74
    may $110.09
    june $87.53
    july $106.84
    august so far $32.58

    link sales
    ~$200-300 a month (~10 spots at $20-30 each)

    azoogle
    maybe $30-50 a month?

    adultfriendfinder
    maybe $25 a month?

    traffic:
down to about 1100-1200 uniques a day now according to google analytics (just installed Extreme Tracking as well). This is with no real advertising or promotion for months. Didn't even buy any paid links or more than a couple link trades in maybe 6 months.

    current traffic breakdown
    62% search traffic
25% referring sites (myspace profiles being about 6% total traffic)
    12% direct traffic

    SEO
Ranks well for a few decent keyphrases. Here are some as of right now.
    awesome myspace layouts - 2nd
    crazy myspace layouts - 3rd
    cool myspace stuff - 5th
    cool myspace layouts - 10th
    best myspace layouts - 11th

So the site has done pretty well on autopilot and could easily do much better with someone who takes the time or has the cash to do some real promotion. I haven't spent much time or money on that for this site as it was always considered one of my "other" sites while I concentrated on the others.

This would be a great site to start off with if you wanted to get into the myspace game. Just needs some good promotion/advertising. Well any promotion and advertising would be an improvement.

Auction will end in about a week. Most likely Next Sunday night. Bin later maybe.

Edit: auction will end August 10th according to SP clock:

To openly answer questions from a couple pms: All content on the site was paid for and licensed for the site. Most was bought either here on DP or on MSP. As far as questions about the tagging, Much of the content isn't tagged but some of the images are tagged with another site I own but are "licensed" to be on any of my sites. So all current content is completely legit and transferable with the site. Buying the site does not give the new owner resell rights to the content obviously though.

Feel free to post or pm any questions.

Most of what you are asking for is in the first post. Are you asking that I just pm you the post?

doh, yes, I was off. To be clear, the SP counter will determine the end date/time so everyone knows.

I also posted an initial bin since people kept asking for one.

"I'm going to put a bin of $7,100 on this for now. That may seem like a lot but it's about 11 months revenue at it's current automated and untouched state. Any promotion at all would raise the earnings instantly or you could just let it sit and not do a single thing to it and let it earn/build on it's own as it has. It has had a pretty long record of earnings with pretty much no interaction on my part and should continue doing so.

Also keep in mind that my account seemed to be "smart priced" back in December and it seemed to affect all my sites earnings right away. I don't know why that happened to be honest but I have many myspace sites and many other types of sites so it could be anything. Anyway the point is with my account now this site has a pretty low eCPM (as do most my sites now). But before the smart pricing it was pretty stable at above $2 eCPM. Now it is constantly below $1 and for example, last month averaged at $.58 for the month.

What I am getting at is if your account isn't smartpriced and you added this site odds are your eCPM would most likely be better than mine is now and that would mean the site would make more instantly for you even before bothering to promote it.

To be honest, I am not real sure how smartpricing works or what controls it. I just know that in December all my sites took a huge hit in revenue because of my overall account eCPM dropping heavily. And although myspace sites are known to have a pretty low click pay (usually 2-5 cents) my revenue for all my sites was cut to a 4th of what it was for months before that. If you have an account that isn't smartpriced in any way, this could be a very good earner for you just because of that.

I don't know if it is allowed or what the rules of adsense might allow but for serious buyers I would be willing to let you test your adsense on the site to get a general idea what your eCPM might be. Not sure how it would be done and might require a minimal deposit to cover earnings from it and to prevent abuse though. Open to ideas."

No I'm asking for screenshots and extreme stats... $7,000 and you think I'm just going to take you word for it without seeing proof of everything.... I can't take that risk sorry.

I totally agree with you, 7k is a lot of money to risk ..... but I just want to ease your concern a bit by vouching for the seller Scilynt.

It's rare that Scilynt sells a site and I have been fortunate to buy a couple of sites off him in the past, he doesn't exaggerate, in fact the stats and revenue he showed me for those sites was understated. I got a bargain both times.
I would buy this site but already have way too much of my portfolio invested in the Myspace niche.

Both of us are pretty easy to find if anything did go wrong, Scilynt has been a Mod over at MySpacePros.com since the sites inception and his integrity there is highly regarded.

Cyclops, thanks much for the vote of confidence :). And yeah, I felt like I wrote way too much in the sales thread and people probably won't read it all but wanted to make it clear it wasn't just a cheesy crappy site I was trying to pawn off on someone. It's a real and established site constantly making me money and the ONLY reason I am selling it to pay off a debt. Otherwise it would stay in my portfolio continuing to make me money as it was and hopefully I would have time to actually promote it in the future and make more like I was able to with my other sites (that take up all of my time).

addictinggames247, that is understandable. I will work on getting some screenshots posted soon.

I'm also open to decent BIN offers though if you are interested you might want to hurry as SP auctions have a way of people jumping on at the last minute and driving up the price quite a bit.

A little over 24 hours left on this. Lowered the BIN to $6,900 which is just a little over the high average 10 month revenue. The revenue that was on autopilot without any promotion for 6+ months. So it could be an easy turnover for someone who spent even just a little time promoting/advertising. Or just let it sit without any work at all and earn your money back easily.

One guy on SP offered to have his adsense used on the site for 48 hours to see if it would be anything different than my own account since I believe my account is smartpriced. If it does have a higher eCPM than min, then someone taking over could instantly make more than me. Just an example, last months total average was like .58 whiile it was well over $2 before the smart pricing on my account back in December.

Here are the screens for Adsense and Valueclick for proof as well.

    april adsense
    may adsense
    june adsense
    july adsense
    august adsense so far

    april vc
    may vc
    june vc
    july vc
    august vc so far

    EDIT:

Here is a screen from November 06 before my account was smartpriced in December to give a better idea of the potential. I did some minor promotion during that time as well. But ended with $670 just from adsense.

    November 06 adsense

As for why my account was smartpriced? I have no idea to be honest. But I have MANY myspace sites and some that get really crappy CTR so odds are it was one or more of those crappy free turnkey scripts that caused it. But honestly not sure though I do doubt it was from this site specifically.

This acution ended at SP with a BIN offer that turned out to be bogus BS by a user named busboy2. Stay away from that guy!

I am re-opening the auction with a lowered BIN to get this sold. Also throwing in a bonus if BIN is met in the next few days:

"BIN will be lowered to $6,500 which is a fair price for a site making what it does without any kind of involvement at all. Will make quite a bit more with any promotion or advertising.

If BIN is met (by a real buyer, ready to buy) by the end of Wednesday the 22nd, I will also include the alllayedout.net site. This is a PR4 site and includes the MSCRS scirpt ($99 value). This site was even more neglected than alllayedout.com...no revenue or traffic to report as I have not tracked it at all and most likely not much to report anyway.

That would give a BIN buyer an established site already making good money on autopilot (alllayedout.com), another established domain with a ready built site/conent that just needs to be promoted (alllayedout.net)...though needs a logo lol and the extra alt spelling domain alllaidout.com. Two sites, three domains and tons of content.

    * NOTE: The extra alllayedout.net site is only included if someone BINs by the end of Wednesday the 22nd. If no qualifying BINs are made by Wednesday the offer is void. I would still be willing to work out a deal with a final buyer at the end of the auction if interested though."

That happens far too often ..... you see the same names bidding on auctions or hitting the BIN every day and not following through.

People who do that should be banned straight away.

are your link sales handled by yourself or do your outsource that to a 3-party link-sales website?

Right now myself "manually". Most are sold at myspacepros, here at dp or through emails that come in.

    Note:
Today is the last day that alllayedout.net site will be included if someone BINs for $6,500. It's already a great deal for a site making consistent revenue without any work but if you grab it now you can get the extra site as well.
