Bummed out that Link_Building_Services is banned, wanted to rip him for awful service

Paid Link_Building_Services (aka queo.net aka source2us.com) for a batch of supposed "quality forum link posts" to my site a couple months ago (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=398406). After a long wait, today I receive the spreadsheet details of my (finally) completed job. Here's my notes on the results, me checking each forum that he posted on and attempted to link to my site from. If you're considering doing business with this guy, be careful. It should also be added that while I paid to use multiple anchor texts, the anchor text was not altered once. None of the forums were event remotely relevant to my site's topic matter. Of the posts that somehow stuck and are still up, 9/10 posts were very poorly written, obviously spammy, very very short, or all of the above at once. A large portion of the forums that use querystrings as noted below were also passing things like sessionid's and whatnot as well, making them further useless for SEO purposes. I had used him in the past for a project that he seemed to do OK on, although I did not check things as thoroughly as I did this time. In addition to giving your website a bad reputation on the communities he is spamming, you get very little for your money.

The reason you got good results in the past and crappy results now is because All forum software now have mods to prevent forum spamming with scripts. Very few useful links can be obtained this way now. Thats why these jackasses are selling the service instead of using it themselves.

I own a car forum. Mods are installed, and 0 spam post get through to the threads, but I still have to log into admin every day and delete a dozen accounts these aholes try to create. Its work I shouldnt have to do. Legit members now have to wait for me to activate their account, they have to go through image verification to sign up, and many useful features in the form now cant be used.

If your using this method to get traffic, do it with the understand that your making life miserable for a lot of people.

I used to have to do this, however if you simply modify your login form by adding a *unique* field that must be filled in before the user can continue, it prevents spambots registering. I simply put "Is this site called XXXXXXX.com" and set the box to "No" as default and made it so it has to be "Yes" to accept it.

Its pretty simple to do....which BB system are you using?

Afraid to say, yes, I did. A newbie to DP forums, I wasn't able to discern the difference of a scammer and a seo pro. It was an expensive lesson-a very expensive lesson-to learn.

That's funny. It appears that he has 55 positive itraders. Possible he tried to outsource the work and ended up with the mess.

He should have just done the work himself. A lot of people try to outsource, and when the people they hire fail, then they should take the responsibility for it. Still, he should have just refunded the money if he couldn't pull it off.

normally people will give itrader right after sent the payment for the products or the service. they dont even check that the service the bought s good as they said or not. that maybe the reason why he got 55 good positive itrader.

Update - I filed a dispute with Paypal and got a full refund.

He tried to talk me out of it by offering me 50 free links or some shit like that but I stood my ground. I escalated the claim staright away and Paypal locked the finds in his account. I had also given Paypal a link to this thread and his forum profile (which proved that this guy was a scamster). All of those who have been scammed by this guy should do the same.

His website url now is http://www.source2us.com and his email addresses are and

Here's a transcript of the mails excahnged:

The business model doesn't work and not many link builders do a good job. The time to build high quality links outweighs the costs involved.
