Is anyone making any income from revenue sharing sites? How much can you expect? Is it worth the effort?? How about DP itself? any one earning some good money? Thanks!
I am also very interested in answer to that question, also I wouldn't expect to earn a lot of money from that . But maybe ( and hopefully ) I am wrong.
i'm using that feature on dp and some other web sites and i did not get any clicks from those sites until now
I have my own revenue sharing forum as well it generates a few penny's a day right now but it is growing. Pm me if you want a link to it to check it out.
Depends what niche your in and how you market. I know a guy making serious dough in the adult world. However, he spends serious dough to market it.
I think it's all really based on luck. The most I've earned through DP in a day is $0.05, and that's when I posted around 20-something times. Those posts took a couple of hours to write, so it's not really worth it if you're looking to post purely based on the chance that you may receive a few pennies.
Some people do well on Squidoo, too. But you need some hard work to start earning serious money there..
Seems like moneytube can face serious legal issues soon. Can someone explain more, how to earn with Squidoo ?
I have had 1 click of under 10c in nearly 11 months and 2,000 posts. I'll be dead before i earn enough for a coffee. But.. I dont start many threads so that doesnt help, i mainly reply to threads to help people. The feature is good, but you wont make much.
pretty hilarious. Like it. A few months back a guy post about his Dictionary Project here at DP - where members were promise to be paid Adsense income according to their contribution. I sign up and began contributing diligently until I was somewhere near the top 5 contributors list - but I've seen nothing from this guy at my Paypal!
Articles Revenue www.articlesrevenue.com is a Artcles / Blogs with AdSense Ads Revenue Sharing and offering 100% share to authors, I think its good choice, as mostly people send articles / blogs on articles / blogs sites, so why not earn money along with submissions.
So, you can not earn much in fact next to nothing from revenue sharing forums. But how about article directories that offer revenue sharing like one mentioned above articlerevenue and video sharing sites like moneytube.. how about them? can you earn decent cash from such sites?
Not really, remember you are "sharing" the revenue. Nothing beats doing the same amount of work on your own site and keeping "all" the revenue.
I earn on a really cool Web Designing Forum, not sure I can post the link, so PM me if you want to have a look.
My site, worlddailypress.com displays the author's ads 75% of the time. I use DigitalPoint's revenue sharing and have made $2.35 By posting your material on larger sites you have a better chance of making more money. When you can get just as many visitors to your content as a large revenue sharing site, then you're in a position to possibly be better off without them. Revenue sharing sites also reduce the amount of work you need to do to simply creating content. It costs you zero dollars to use someone else's revshare site. If you run your own site you have to pay for a domain and hosting as well as design, create and maintain the site. If you're not a programmer or designer then you also have to hire people to do work for you or hope some free software exists and you can get it working.
